First of all thanks for opening this space for Algerian citizens to share their ideas!

I think that we need programs that would provide affordable housing for rental without ownership, that would especially help the youth to live independently from their families and independent individuals are more focused and creative, this will create an active society where the youth are no more dependent on their families and become producers and contributors in their society.
