The Algerian Ministry of Education could implement a comprehensive program aimed at fostering students' interests and talents through extracurricular activities embedded within the curriculum. By introducing specialized clubs or groups in various schools, particularly targeting middle and high school levels, students would have the opportunity to explore and excel in their preferred fields of interest.
For example, students like myself, a high schooler passionate about coding and designing apps, could join a dedicated technology club within their school. These clubs would provide a platform for students to collaborate, learn, and showcase their skills in coding and designing apps. Through regular meetings, workshops, and projects, students would not only enhance their technical abilities but also develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
By nurturing students' interests and talents from a young age, this initiative aims to instill confidence and motivation in students to pursue their dreams and aspirations. Moreover, by facilitating access to resources and mentorship, the program seeks to equip students with the necessary tools and support to thrive in their chosen fields. Ultimately, investing in students' passions and talents will contribute to a brighter future for Algeria by fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership among its youth.
Good idea, it would boost creativity in schools, and it comes with a definitive ositive change than the current old and outdated system.
i really support this kind of ideas but the truth is they already exist but with an old fashioned management and structure. To bring these initiative again alive we should all support the technology and digitalization by teaching to our kinds all the important stuff that they need to innovate and start to creativity map again . As I always say all the revolutionary nations had one shared point at least but to resume to make this initiative Real we should start with these steps first :
- all the maps start with point and we should start with an idea "integrating tech into our schools with bootcamps or programs"
- sharing the idea with our people
- people should accept the idea
- after they accept it , they should start spreading the idea 💡
- once the idea 💡 of integrating tech into the school system is there ( adopted by the population) they should start teaching it to there kids .
- once is alive , at that moment the government will took it in consideration as a point of improvement to the educational system .
To resume the revolution in every sector weather it's economical or educational or any field it should start from our people by adopting it as an idea 💡 not an order .
